Flavor In The Street

Hello World! Flavor In The Street was something I wanted to do, because I felt I had grown since my previous websites. I feel like I was seeing blogging from a different perspective. At one time, I saw this as more of something I did for fun, and I still continue to see blogging as this, but I also have grown a passion for it. I'm getting a platform, where I get to fully express my views on topics in music. I feel like my opinion is rarely heard, and I want to be viewed as the voice of my generation soon. We never get a platform to talk, and it's now just the beginning.

The idea of Flavor In The Street was just to restart my brand. I had gotten the idea of the title from one of my favorite shows, "Living Single" along with the slang, 'Word On The Street.' As many of you know, Khadijah James had owned a magazine company titled, "Flavor." I got the idea by combining the two, which later birthed 'Flavor In The Street.'

I'm quite a hard-working kid. I manage to keep my grades together, while running this blog. I've never quite looked into adding more writers to help grow the brand, but of course I'm open to trying new ideas. I plan to adventure quite a lot when I get older, and my taste in music varies.

Chris Brown Sits Down With ExtraTV, To Talk About Why His Record With Ariana Was Scrapped:

Chris Brown recently sat down with Extra, to talk with Mario Lopez, on his celebrity crush, disciplining kids, and the "label drama" he had with Ariana Grande.

Earlier this year, Ariana Grande and Chris Brown were working together on a track titled, "Don't Be Gone Too Long." Now, like many, I thought the track never got released, because at the time, Chris Brown got arrested, and at that certain point in Ariana's career, Ariana had a clean image, and with Chris Brown having troubles in his career, I thought that affected her image as an artist, and it may have not been a good look, based on her fanbase, since she's working with this "bad boy," as the media would call him. Chris Brown explained the troubles with the collaboration saying, "The only reason we didn't get a chance to do it was because of the timing schedules and confrontations with our labels. [...] They (The Label) sort of wanted me to postpone it." He later said, that he did get a chance to get the visuals done, so the fans can still get a chance to check that out, but it wasn't officially released by his label, therefore wasn't it more like a leak? Chris Brown, nor Ariana, confirm that we were getting the visual. It just surfaced around the internet days before the release of "X," and most of the visuals, are getting deleted due to copyright.

Anywho, Chris Brown later talked about how he woud discpline his kids (if he had any) saying, "I'm gonna leave it to the mom. I'mma be like, "Your mom gon' get you when she come home." They gon' be like, "Dad's a punk. He ain't gon' do nothing."

Later, Mario Lopez went on to talk about his celebrity crush with Breezy. Surprisingly, Chris Brown said his main crush was Jennifer Lopez, and how he had much trouble working with her, because he couldn't resist looking at her, and on top of that, he was very nervous about working with Jennifer Lopez on her track, "Booty," saying, "I brought it to her, and I was like, 'you know what, I said I wanna give you a record, and you know it's hard to picture giving her a record talking about her butt, but it's like you (she) never talked about it. [...] It's to the point where you gotta make it (Jennifer's Butt) known. Put the focus there for a second."

I gotta say, Chris Brown has a great sense of humor. Maybe the media judges him way too quickly, because he seems like a funny dude. Watch his interview with ET Below:
