Chris Brown Asks Followers To Please Pre-Order His Album, ‘Royalty’
I had said before how I didn’t think this album would do well. He just isn’t an artist who’s high in demand at the moment, and why would he be, when he released an album earlier this year with Tyga, and an album last year? If he’s concerned, I think he should postpone the album release date. I know this would disappoint fans who’ve already pre-ordered, though it’s clear he may be worried about how his album will perform. Either release the album and take a break or just postpone the album. I don’t have high hopes for Chris, because I had said a while ago, I didn’t think this album would perform well. Even if he’s cleaned up his act or named the album after his baby, many people just aren’t checking for him at the moment. I did say I’ll probably still listen to the album, because I don’t have a problem with supporting an artist, as long as the material is good.
Also, though he asked for all his followers to buy his album, I doubt all his followers are fans. When you first start Twitter, there’ll be one or two accounts that follow you. They’re usually spam or fake accounts. They also eventually unfollow you. I could go on with reasons on why all 15 million people that follow him aren’t all fans or plan to buy his album. Notice that whenever he posts a tweet, usually only a 1000 people retweet it.
I do wish Chris luck at the end of the day.
