Ciara - "Dance Like We're Making Love" [New Single]/ Sources Consider Track As "Bedroom Cut?"
Recently, Ciara released her following single from 'Jackie,' titled "Dance Like We're Making Love."
To my surprise, I actually liked the song. I feel the teasers Ciara has been sharing on social media, have had me a tad bit worried towards what to expect from 'Jackie,' but it's clear that Ciara has really been experimenting with 'Jackie,' which is why she considers it her personal favorite album currently. Many have said that the track has major Janet and Michael Jackson influence. I never really directly caught that from the track, but it has a nice vibe to it. I think it mixes both R&B and Pop well, and it suits her vocally.
The single lyrically mainly speaks toward the topic of sex. It has also been considered a "Baby-Making song" by numerous sources, and I never really saw that for the song. I think the production doesn't really give the impression, that this would be a "Baby-Making song." Most baby-making songs, are usually more toned down production-wise, and this seems to have much of a slow dance vibe towards it, such as "Daybreak" by Janet Jackson. It wouldn't really fit the category of "Baby-Making."
I personally can already get a visual in my head towards what I would expect from a video to this song. I imagine Ciara being in a dance studio, late at night to meet her loved one, as they slow dance, and then kiss. Something simplistic basically! Also, could anyone else easily see Chris Brown featured on this?
