Flavor In The Street

Hello World! Flavor In The Street was something I wanted to do, because I felt I had grown since my previous websites. I feel like I was seeing blogging from a different perspective. At one time, I saw this as more of something I did for fun, and I still continue to see blogging as this, but I also have grown a passion for it. I'm getting a platform, where I get to fully express my views on topics in music. I feel like my opinion is rarely heard, and I want to be viewed as the voice of my generation soon. We never get a platform to talk, and it's now just the beginning.

The idea of Flavor In The Street was just to restart my brand. I had gotten the idea of the title from one of my favorite shows, "Living Single" along with the slang, 'Word On The Street.' As many of you know, Khadijah James had owned a magazine company titled, "Flavor." I got the idea by combining the two, which later birthed 'Flavor In The Street.'

I'm quite a hard-working kid. I manage to keep my grades together, while running this blog. I've never quite looked into adding more writers to help grow the brand, but of course I'm open to trying new ideas. I plan to adventure quite a lot when I get older, and my taste in music varies.

Chris Brown Calls "On Air With Ryan Seacrest"/ Discusses Situation With Karrueche & Fatherhood:

Chris Brown had recently called into "On Air With Ryan Seacrest," where the singer was planned to discuss his 'One Hell of A Nite' tour.

However, the singer talked more into his personal life, such as fatherhood and his current relationship with Karrueche. When speaking on Karrueche, the singer said, "Well, you know — I’m gonna be honest and be a man about it. I’m just going to take it one day at a time. I can’t promise anything. I can’t, you know, jump over the moon. It takes time [to heal] all wounds. I take full responsibility for my actions and things that I’ve done in the past. I just feel like – it’s a time thing. There’s still love there. I’m not a hateful person, you know. Of course, I still love her. But mentally right now, everything takes time. I just need to focus on being the best father I can be.”

I think Chris Brown is definitely aware of his actions, because if he wasn't he wouldn't know the right stuff to say, when being asked about these particular situations (ex: Karrueche drama). Chris Brown clearly said in response, what many fans have been saying in general, which is Chris Brown needs to currently focus on fatherhood. That is his main priority. I think Chris Brown also needs help rekindling with himself. I think that this is such a desperate approach. Like, who would look worse in this situation if Karrueche decided to continue dating Chris Brown? Both Karrueche and Chris are young, and that's their decision to continue dating, but I do feel at moments like this (drama with Karrueche in Hollywood), Chris Brown isn't sober. It's like one moment he makes the mistake, then the next day he is apologizng for the mistake that has been made. This doesn't even seem like a relationship worth trying to rekindle, only because there's been countless opportunities, and Chris Brown has called Karrueche out her name various times. On top of that, had a baby with her friend. Like I said, that's their decision to get back together, but sooner or later he'll likely be back to his old schemes. I think Chris Brown should definitely work on getting himself together mentally, because I think he just wants to be heard. I would love to see Chris Brown win, but he's going have to take it step by step. With that being said, no need for any public letters.. usually everything Chris Brown says in the letters about changing, always stop by the next week. I just suggest doing everything he says in these public letters, physically. Don't tell us what you're going to do, just show us. Right now, I just wish Chris would focus on music and his baby. If social media, maybe a picture of himself or his baby, Royal but Chris just needs a break.
