New Single: L!nwood – “Aladdin”
Following the house-influenced track, “Be Kind,” L!nwood has released a new single titled “Aladdin.” Over a dreamy production, L!nwood melodically raps about being on the rise.
“I got no roof/ Magic carpet like Aladdin/ Nigga I’m the truth / I’m him, you can’t stand it,” the DMV-bred rapper spits. “Ya’ll say hold back/ Can’t subtract, I keep adding.”
“I wrote this song because I finally felt like there was some light at the end of the tunnel for my art. Not only do people know I make music now, but they expect good music from me,” L!nwood shares about “Aladdin.” “This song is a declaration that I am confident in who I am and my craft. I hope this song inspires my listeners and fans to feel confident in themselves and continue to be their 100% authentic selves.”
L!nwood is set to release a 5-track EP, which will be preceded by two more songs titled “Alchemy” and “Needy.” The up-and-coming artist will premiere the forthcoming singles at Hampton University’s “Apollo Night Talent Show” on April 14.
